Back Office

We provide end to end mapping of the manufacturing process and configure the traceability parameters according to customer requirements and law where applicable. You can define an endless set of quality parameters for each lot and make rules for weighting and labelling. You can define the stages and sub-stages for each element of the technological flow, set-up recipe management if applicable, reporting and stock management.

Mobile App

The app works on mobile terminals and industrial computers, uses RFID technology and can be customized for each operator. Task execution can be dual – generated from back-office or defined by operator. Printing and labelling equipment is managed with the help of the hardware.

Serialization

With RFID or alternative lot labelling, we can trace every product along the supply chain which is becoming increasingly important to fight counterfeiting and increase consumer safety. Associate the type of product, date of expiration, lot number and document all the relevant information of provenience. Applying serialization provides item-level traceability from raw material, through the whole manufacturing process all the way to consumer.

Hardware

Our top of industry equipment ensures precision in capturing data (expiration dates, lot series, and quality certificates) on reception of goods across your supply chain. The solution comprises mobile terminals, thermal printers, smart scales and barcode scanners.
